    Sugartones present - BUS STOP
BUS STOP is Sugartones newest musical production created by its own script writing team.

Imagine what might happen when commuters get stuck waiting in line for a bus. People initially absorbed in their phones, begin to share stories. Business colleagues start to talk about their personal lives. Maybe a love affair develops? Maybe famous TV personalities appear? Who knows, you have to see the show to find out.

BUS STOP includes an abundance of songs by famous artists such as Adele, Miley Cyrus, Queen, Cindy Lauper, and many others. The songs are performed in Sugartones unique style of a cappella, with instrumental imitations, theatrics and rhythmic effects. Many songs are arranged by Sugartones in-house arrangers. If you love Pitch Perfect, The Voice, America’s Got Talent, you will love this show. The show is suitable for the whole family, young and old.

Sugartones are an a Cappella chorus from Alliston, Ontario and are members of Harmony Inc.

    Everyone in Harmony Update

The Barbershop Harmony Society recently announced that BHS membership is open to everyone, rather than just men.  What does that mean for the Barrie County Chordsmen and our chapter?  Well, we have no idea yet! We are still waiting on more information from the society, and then once we have that information we'll decide what to do next - but that could take quite some time to sort out.  In the meantime, feel free to email us with any questions you might have.

Also, if you're looking to sing some barbershop right away that is not for just men, then please check out any of the following fantastic organizations for active chapters in your area:

    Sweet Adelines International (for Women)
    Harmony Incorporated (also for Women)
Mixed Barbershop Harmony Association (for Everyone)
